SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders of $250.00 or more (excluding the Balinese Pouf) within the continental U.S.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase Monday through Friday, pending availability and credit verification. Expedited orders received before 2PM EST will be prioritized. Most orders will be shipped from New York and shipping times are based on destination and selected method of shipment. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your shipping information is correctly updated on your order. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes. Orders that are returned due to invalid address will not receive refund of shipping cost and may incur a shipping charge if they are re-shipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. For your protection, any order totaling $1,500 or more requires a signature at the time of delivery.
Please note: we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Standard Ground – Delivery occurs 5 to 7 business days after processing
2nd Day – Delivery is guaranteed 2 business days after processing
Next Business Day – Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time Urban Zen orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship orders to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email updating you with the status and the FedEx tracking information. To track your order, please visit fedex.com and input your tracking number

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

URBAN ZEN RETURN POLICY

Urban Zen is pleased to offer seamless and easy returns. We accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund unless otherwise noted. All beauty product sales are final.  All returns must be in saleable condition and include the original packaging with tags attached.

If you live in the U.S., your return must be received within 15 business days from the date you received your shipment.

If you live outside of the U.S., please call customer service at customerservice@urbanzen.com or 855-755-4848.

Once your package is received, we will promptly issue a refund for the items that qualify for return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment only. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited and reflected in your account.

URBAN ZEN EXCHANGE POLICY

We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

IN STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We will happily accept your return or exchange of product in original condition with all tags attached when accompanied by a receipt within 15 days of purchase at Urban Zen store locations. Cash will be refunded in the form of a check issued from our corporate office within 10 business days.

FINAL SALE

Aromatherapy, beauty and sale items are final sale. This will be noted on the product page.
