How do I know which size to purchase?

Shipping & Returns
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping for all orders on urbanzen.com.
Can I ship my order internationally?
We are only able to ship orders online within the US at this time. Please email or call customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 855-755-4848 to inquire about international orders and delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All available items will be processed within 2 business days. Ground shipping arrives in approximately 4 to 7 business days. FedEx 2Day® shipping will arrive in 2-5 business days from time of order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us right away at email@example.com or 855-755-4848. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for return in unworn, unused and saleable condition with all original tags attached within 15 days of the receipt of your package. Certain products and categories are FINAL SALE. This will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase. All discounted items are considered Final Sale.
